Real Estate Program Reviews

I have tried several systems from gurus like Dolf de Roos (of Rich Dad Poor Dad fame) and Carleton Sheets.  What I have found is that they are pretty much the same.  Lots of generalities and no specifics.  There is nothing in the programs you see on TV that you can't get from a good book.

 Making money in Real Estate is a tried and true way to create wealth.
I haven't personally put a lot of effort into Real Estate Investment and the programs I've bought from TV were very disappointing.  Here are some programs and systems that look interesting, and I will be checking them out when I get some time.  I haven't reviewed any of these products yet so I'm not recommending any of them.  If you do try one of these please send me an email and tell me what you think.
